  • Roles and responsibilities of a committee and Board member​

  • How to differentiate and manage strategic and operation activities

Meet your trainer:

​

Julia Spicer (nee Telford) is the founder of Engage and Create Consulting based in Goondiwindi.  Julia was named in the Top 100 Most Influential Women  in 2018 by the Australian Financial Review.  Julia has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course and has held many Board roles at a local, regional, state and federal level.

When:    Friday 6th March 2020 - 9am-2.30pm.    Please arrive for coffee from 8:30am.
