The philosophy of the Business Navigator program is to use a ‘do with, not for’ approach, which enables you to either develop your skill set or determine that your skills are best invested elsewhere in the business and that certain aspects of the business should be outsourced.
OUR COACHING PROCESS
DISOVERY
SESSION
The Discovery Session is a mutually obligation-free conversation about where you are in your business journey, where you want your business to take you, and what obstacles are currently in your way.
This is a free ranging discussion over coffee, with no obligations.
COACHING PROPOSAL
If you meet the eligibility criteria and are ready and able to commit to coaching, we will send you a proposal for a package of work and a Coaching Agreement.
If we can't help, we'll do our best to connect you with right person.
COACHING AGREEMENT
The Coaching Agreement outlines our mutual commitments during the coaching process. It also covers things such as privacy & confidentiality, how we communicate and termination of engagement.
The coaching space is safe, supportive and non-judgmental.
COACHING
DELIVERY
Once the agreement is in place, you will commence with the best-matched
business coach.
You will work closely with your business coach (or coaches) towards the agreed goals.
