The Business Navigator team provide pro bono advice and hands-on assistance to businesses with the potential for and commitment to growth.
We begin with an initial meeting to discuss your business goals, challenges, market conditions, products and services, customers, competitors and resources.
We'll tell you more about our skills and knowledge and together, determine how we can help.
This is a free ranging discussion over coffee, with no obligations.
Once we have an understanding of your business idea and goals, if we can help we'll provide a draft proposal outlining how we can assist and our expectations of you.
Depending on your business, this may be a comprehensive twelve-month growth plan, preparing just a couple of discrete items, connecting you to a specialist or a recommendation for online training, workshops or events.
If we can't help, we'll do our best to connect you with someone who can.
Then we (and you!) get to work.
