With a strong track record of leading organisational transformation and change initiatives, including critical junctions such as company restructures and expansions, Paulene is passionate about delivering high-quality services.
Paulene has a Masters in Strategic Organisational Development & Human Resource Management, is an APMG accredited Change Manager, and is currently completing an MBA.
Born and raised in North Queensland, Paulene has spent equal time living and working in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, and is now calling the Darling Downs region home.
